Anodize Aluminum
Love color!!! Love the light weight of aluminum!!! LOVE texture!!! So why not create it?
At the University of Kansas, during my senior year, I loved watching a fellow student anodize aluminum. The colors were so vibrant and the finishes were interesting when finished. So I wanted to try this thing out!! In 2011 I purchased my own Anodizing set up. It took me awhile to start working with it because its was not the same with the set up I'm had at KU and I was hesitating in starting in.
I have grown from where I started to now in the work I create. It always a challenge to figure out how I will connect since you can not solder aluminum but that's the fun part!
